Is it i am? Or I AM? or AHYH?

This first list was sent to me years ago by someone in the AHLC asking me if I thought the Father's name should have been in these texts rather than the basic lower case, "I am" which forced the understanding that Jesus was speaking about himself directly.  Suffice to say when I first saw these so long ago I was confused how the Christians did not capitalize the I AM's if they believed Jesus was the Eternal One in the flesh, making these a red flag.

 As you will see, my version below the first one as they are shown in the Christian NT, I personally believe it to be the only true and correct way for this to have been said if said at all originally by Yehshua. It is the only version that does not completely destroy the absolute and clear understanding of who "saves" His people throughout the entire Torah, and all the prophets. 

 (John 6:35, 41, 48, 51) - “I am the bread of life.” 
 (John 8:12) - “I am the light of the world.” 
 (John 10:7,9) - “I am the door of the sheep.” 
 (John 11:25) - “I am the resurrection and the life.” 
 (John 10:11, 14) - “I am the good shepherd.” 
 (John 14:6) - “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” 
 (John 15:1, 5) - “I am the true vine.” 

VS.
 (John 6:35, 41, 48, 51) - “AHYH is the bread of life.” 
 (John 8:12) - “AHYH is the light of the world.” 
 (John 10:7,9) - “AHYH is the door of the sheep.” 
 (John 11:25) - “AHYH is the resurrection and the life.” 
 (John 10:11, 14) - “AHYH is the good shepherd.” 
 (John 14:6) - “AHYH is the way, the truth, and the life.” 
 (John 15:1, 5) - “AHYH is the true vine.” 

Jesus was NOT speaking about or referring to himself in these texts or anywhere else that I have seen in the Christian NT stories. Additionally, it appears he referred to himself as the "son of man" around 81 times, NOT son of GOD. This is the exact same language that the Angels (Malakim) used when speaking to or referring to Enoch - Meaning, born of mankind, which is quite obviously different than born of the Eternal Father as the Angels are.
